1. Prior to burning your candle, trim the wick at least ¼ inch. This prevents uneven burning.

2. Burn Time. To optimize your experience, burn for 2-3 hours minimum each time you light the candle. This will help the candle burn evenly, and help you receive all that you need.

3. The Nevers:

a. Never leave a burning candle unattended or lit while sleeping.

b. Never touch or move a burning candle.

c. Never move a candle container when the wax is liquified.

d. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Keep burning candles away from furniture, drapes, bedding, carpets, books, paper, flammable decorations, etc. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.

- Candle care and safety

I’ll accept return requests for any product that is unsatisfactory or not to your liking. I only ask that the product(s) must be in their original packaging.

If you wish to return your item, I must receive your request within <30 days> of the date you received your item. Please note that you are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

Once I receive your returned item, I will send you an email to confirm and begin processing your request.

I’ll follow up with another email once your replacement candle is on the way or refund request has been approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment . All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Candle making is quite unique and I'm still learning through trial/error for what works. Please provide your feedback as I strive to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

- Returns & Refunds

I am personally making all candles and scripture meditation cards to ensure my brands authenticity. What you receive is not manufactured from an assembly line but made with intention and love. Please be patient with me as each scent and fragrance, the crystals, even the recipes are carefully researched through prayer. After blending the soy wax, your candle is hand poured and allowed to cure for a few days before packaging. This is to ensure quality before it arrives to its new home.

Depending on your quantity, orders are usually processed within 3-5 days and will be shipped before day 6 from the time the order is placed. Please track your package accordingly because I can not be responsible for candles that are marked as delivered but may have been lost/stolen.

If you receive a confirmation that your order was delivered but did not receive your package, please immediately contact the carrier and they will investigate.
